Underneath the Customer Service module you have eleven sub-menus, each of which is its own searchable area:
- Customer Profile — the main 360 view of the line.
- Billing And Invoice — invoices and ad-hoc invoice generation, take a payment. For multi-line, only at the parent level.
- Order History — enrollment and activation timeline for the line.
- Purchase History — every purchase ever applied to that line.
- Tickets — tickets opened against this line, searchable by day, month, or custom date range.
- Customer Activity Log — every change (plan, bill cycle, address, password, PIN) and every purchase, with source (website vs. CSR) and timestamp.
- Manage Saved Card — at the parent level only; add, update, or remove the card on file for AutoPay.
- Resend Notification — search any customer-facing email/SMS sent in the last 30 days and re-send it.
- Recent Searches — list of every account each agent has opened, by date.
- Payment Search Tool — search all successful payments by amount, payment type, or date.
